Otomeyt AI was built on a simple but powerful belief: hiring decisions should be made on data, not instinct. That insight has guided us for nearly two decades — through every product launch, every platform iteration, and every market expansion.
We began as the talent arm of the Apar Group — a $2 billion multinational conglomerate headquartered in Singapore. For 19 years we've operated at the intersection of enterprise hiring and technology, serving 150+ global customers across BFSI, Technology, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and GCCs.
Over the last decade, we've channelled that expertise into building TalentEdge — the AI-native platform that powers everything we do. TechMate for L1 screening, MeritEdge for L2 assessment, AI Interviewer for L3 evaluation. Together they form a three-layer pipeline that delivers 100% curated candidate profiles and has processed over 6 million assessments to date.
